Scott Thon's extensive experience delivering integrated business, operations and technology solutions to small, medium and large companies around the world uniquely qualify him to lead Infotegrity as Managing Partner. Mr. Thon brings a wealth of industry knowledge, proven capabilities and a commitment to excellence and integrity that differentiates him as a business leader and helps define Infotegrity as a company.

During a highly productive tenure with Oracle Corporation, from 1994 to 1999, Mr. Thon last directed Oracle and Sun's billion dollar global business partnership at Oracle headquarters in Redwood Shores. Hired in '99 to run start-up venture Fulcrum Solutions Ltd.'s US operations as President, Mr. Thon and the Fulcrum team successfully delivered value added services to the Oracle middle market and Fortune 500 businesses in the United States.

Mr. Thon's career began with Unisys in New York and includes positions in sales, marketing, strategic alliances and management with leading companies such as Oracle, Sybase, Lotus Development, Storage Technology and Data General. Mr. Thon is active in many community youth programs and presently serves as General Manager of Victor American Legion Baseball; was a former President, Director and Coach of Victor Community Baseball and Softball as well as Farmington Bloomfield Little League, and helped create the Victor Youth Flag Football program in 2000.

Steven Hersh
Executive Partner & Co-founder

Steven Hersh brings extensive business, operations and technology expertise to Infotegrity, having served in many capacities managing complex database, application and project environments. The combination of accounting, relational database and project management expertise uniquely qualifies him to lead all service delivery commitments at Infotegrity.

Mr. Hersh began his career with AT&T/NCR where he developed Oracle databases and applications for the International Group. Mr. Hersh later joined Oracle's Consulting Services Group where he played a key role in implementing Oracle Applications for several key clients. While at TSC, Mr. Hersh managed several customer engagements in a technical capacity until he was hired by Fulcrum Solutions, Inc., in 1999.

Mr. Hersh developed many of Fulcrum's policies and guidelines for working more efficiently with Oracle databases and applications. Since starting Infotegrity in 2002, Mr. Hersh is directly responsible for all solution delivery as well as Infotegrity's best practice and methodology development to guarantee a client's success. Mr. Hersh's integrity, professionalism and commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction help to define Infotegrity and set them apart in the industry.

Mr. Hersh is active in community youth programs and is presently Treasurer of Victor Community Baseball and Softball.
